ABS, BOOTY & CORE: If you want to build a stronger butt and core this is the class to take! Each semi-private fitness class will start with a warm up, offer a mix of cardio and strength exercises and end with a short stretch. Exercises use our own body weight with optional props. Our focus is on gaining strength, function and of course toning and building our muscles. Though we do focus on abs, booty & core these classes will also offer upper body along with a special focus area for each class and you can expect a great full body workout. Modifications are gladly given as needed. This is a great class for anyone who feels motivated in a small group while getting the attention of a personal trainer. Get strong, get lean, build muscle and avoid injury. Please wear workout clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own. Water is always available.

BELLYDANCE: Semi-private session will focus on bellydance technique, isolations and each session will work towards learning a combination week by week. Each session will be tailored to the group. We will warm up and then move on to work with a variety of bellydance movements. Some previous class experience is helpful, however adventurous beginners are welcome. Please wear workout clothing, no noisy hip scarves please. Mats are available or you may bring your own. Water is always available.

Each class will be 5 maximum participants. We’ll start with a short discussion so you know what we’re working with and to give everyone a chance to talk about any concerns, injuries, personal goals, questions, etc. Then we’ll move. This will be a movement class but with more time for personal corrections, questions and demos. We will be working on strength and you may get a workout but this is not a “workout" class. You can expect to leave with tons of information, feeling stretched, activated, in your body… And hopefully relaxed and refreshed!

Though you may end up feeling worked or sore, the goal is to go over form and execution of common positions and exercises to keep you as safe, healthy and strong as possible. A-Z Workout: Get a full body workout from top to toes! Full body strength, HIIT, balance, tone and muscle building. Like having your own personal trainer in a group. Friday: 11/9

Balance & Stabilize: Work on your stability and balance with a variety of exercises and positions. We'll get a little nerdy and we'll do plenty of movement too!

Booty Rockin': Killer butt work out to turn the glutes up to 11! You will get an amazing butt workout. Then we'll use them for booty pops, bounces and fun booty dance moves to get our cardio. This will be a fun, high energy class.

Booty Werk: Killer butt workout with a slow burn for extra toning. Then we'll wine, grind, bounce and pop with a mix of fast and slow booty dance moves for extra cardio. This will be a fun mixed pace class with fast & slow moves. SOLD OUT

Choreography: Learn a choreography! Specific dance TBA. SOLD OUT

Cymbal Drills: Starting with the basics we'll build up to a repertoire of bellydance cymbal patterns that can be played together while we move and dance. You’re also welcome to just work on cymbals with no movement depending on experience level.

Home Workout Plan: We'll talk about our goals with exercise and based on that we'll learn a customized and easy to do but effective workout you can do any time with no equipment.

Pre-Holiday Dance Party Workout! Holidays can be overwhelming and the winter can encourage us to sink into the couch and stay there. Get up and work off those winter blues and holiday stress. This class is part strength work out, part cardio, part dance, part spa and part nightclub party! Friday: 12/14

Shoulder Rehab: All about that upper body! We’ll work the arms, back and shoulders. We'll work on strength, range of motion, stretching, toning and learn why your shoulders hurt and what to do about it. You will leave with happier shoulders and tools to keep them that way. Friday: 12/7

Stretch it out: Full body flexibility and stretch session! We will stretch everything and discuss how to work into those extra tight spots. Stretch. It. All. Out!

Please note that the classes can't be mixed & matched but you're welcome to sign up for more multiple class sessions or season passes at the same time. A minimum of 4 students are needed per month or a class is subject to be canceled, refunds will be sent in the event that a class is canceled. Class registration is first come, first served online with 5 people maximum per class. No drop ins or saved spots. Absolutely no refunds, credits, transfers or pro-rating on missed classes. Students may give away/sell classes they can not attend at their own discretion. Students are responsible for any communications and money exchange resulting from selling a class. BELLYDANCE DRILLS & CONDITIONING: Semi-private session will focus on strength and conditioning, bellydance technique, practicing isolations and footwork and sometimes learning combinations. Each class will be tailored to the group. We will warm up, work out and then move on to drill a variety of bellydance movements. Please be aware this class has an emphasis on conditioning. Class will finish with a short cool down and stretch session. Some previous class experience is expected. Class will run for four weeks from March 30 - April 20. Please wear workout clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own. Water is always available if needed.

Thursday Drills

ABC WORKOUT: ABS, BOOTY & CORE: Please note this is NOT a dance class. ABC WORKOUT: ABS, BOOTY & CORE: Please note this is NOT a dance class. Each semi-private fitness class will start with a warm up, offer a different mix of cardio and strength exercises and end with a short stretch. Some classes will have resistance bands, barre, stability ball, and light weights. Our focus is on gaining functional strength with the lovely side effect of toning and building our muscles. Though we do focus on the abs, booty & core we also work on legs, arms, shoulders and back to balance things out. Modifications are gladly given as needed. This is a great class for anyone who feels motivated in a group and wants to get strong and tones while avoiding injury. Class will run for four months January - April. Please wear workout clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own. Water is always available if needed.

DIY Bellydance Belt Workshop

Workshop December 10th, 11am-2pm

(Stitch & bitch from 2-5pm)

Beverages and light food will be provided. Handouts will be provided but I recommend taking notes too. Please feel free to bring snacks/lunch. Space is limited, registration due by December 7th.

* $10 After Class Stitch & Bitch 2-5pm! Stay after the workshop for a supervised creation session to work on your belt base, start decorating your belt or watch me demo on some of my own projects. Bring your decorations and supplies. Basic materials (sewing machine, needles, thread, glue) will be available. I will be available for questions and troubleshooting help .

The class has an open level and everyone is welcome. This class is great to refine your dance and do the work no matter what level you are at. Class ends with a short cool down and stretch.
