Session of six 1 hour classes (work out portion of advanced class)

Work Out Classes

Class Options:
$66 session pass to all 6 classes.
$12 for single classes. Multiple single dates can be purchased at one time. Please select the dates you would like to attend below.

(There are no refunds/credits/pro-rates for missed single classes or missed classes in a package).

This private group session starts with a great workout/warm up and will move on to focus on advanced concepts including: layers, movement pathways, creativity, combinations, musicality and tricks, performance and more. Comfort with basic movements is expected. We will be practicing at a high level and challenging ourselves to grow stronger, more dynamic and more expressive as artists, dancers and women. Two hour classes will give us more time to sink into the material. Bringing a journal, yoga mat and personal water are optional. Classes are customized to the attendees... Send me your requests! 

LOCATION: Emily's home studio in Ashland (address sent after registration)

4-5 dancers maximum per class. Each class will be different and the class content will be tailored to the group. Various concepts will be explored and explained.  

This class is for dancers who like a challenge and want to push their creative and technical boundaries.
