Bellydance Drills & Conditioning Fall/Winter Series with Emily

Tuesdays . 6:30pm - 8pm . Monthly series of 4 classes each.
Open to all levels, basic experience is expected.

Per month (4 Tues. classes): $50
Currently there is only room in September and December.
Session Policy: Class registration is first come, first served. No drop ins or saved spots without registration. Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating on missed classes. Students may give/sell classes they can not attend. If you are interested in being on the drop in list to sub for other students who must miss a class please contact Emily.
Semi-private session will focus on strength and conditioning, bellydance technique, practicing isolations and footwork and sometimes learning combinations. Class will finish with a short cool down and stretch session. Some previous class experience expected, not suitable for new beginners. Class will run for four months January - April. Please wear workout clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own.
LOCATION: Emily's home studio in Ashland (address sent after registration)
5 dancers maximum per class. Each class will be tailored to the group. We will warm up, work out and then move on to drill a variety of dance movements from bellydance and a variety of dance techniques. Please be aware this class has an emphasis on conditioning.
This is a great class for any level dancer to work on their strength and foundations.
Advanced registration only, contact Emily to arrange payment by check or cash. Drop ins may be available pending space and with prior permission.
