ABC Workout (Abs, Booty & Core) Fall/Winter Series with Emily

Thursdays . 6:30pm - 7:30pm . Monthly series of 4 classes each.
No experience required! Fitness class will focus on strength and toning specifically for the abs, booty and core while offering a full body workout with plenty of cardio. Only 5 spots!

Per month (4 Thurs. classes): $50
Session Policy: Class registration is first come, first served. No drop ins or saved spots without registration. Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating on missed classes. Students may give/sell classes they can not attend. If you are interested in being on the drop in list to sub for other students who must miss a class please contact Emily.
5 people maximum per class. Please note this is NOT a dance class. Each class will start with a cardio warm up, offer a different mix of exercises and end with a short stretch. Some classes will have circut training with resistance bands, barre, stability ball, and light weights.
This is a great class for any level who feels motivated in a class setting.
