Monthly registration:
4 week commitment. 

Season pass: You will have a spot in your chosen class for all 4 months instead of signing up monthly. It's also the best deal: in exchange for your up front commitment you get the best deal ever offered for classes. Season Passes are available until Jan. 9 2018 or until classes sell out.

LOCATION: Emily's home studio in Ashland (address sent after registration)


BELLYDANCE DRILLS & CONDITIONING: Semi-private session will focus on strength and conditioning, bellydance technique, practicing isolations and footwork and sometimes learning combinations. Each class will be tailored to the group. We will warm up, work out and then move on to drill a variety of bellydance movements. Please be aware this class has an emphasis on conditioning. Class will finish with a short cool down and stretch session. Some previous class experience expected, adventurous beginners are welcome. Class will run for four months January - April. Please wear workout clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own. Water is always available if needed.

Thursday Drills

ABC WORKOUT: ABS, BOOTY & CORE: Please note this is NOT a dance class. ABC WORKOUT: ABS, BOOTY & CORE: Please note this is NOT a dance class. Each semi-private fitness class will start with a warm up, offer a different mix of cardio and strength exercises and end with a short stretch. Some classes will have resistance bands, barre, stability ball, and light weights. Our focus is on gaining functional strength with the lovely side effect of toning and building our muscles. Though we do focus on the abs, booty & core we also work on legs, arms, shoulders and back to balance things out. Modifications are gladly given as needed. This is a great class for anyone who feels motivated in a group and wants to get strong and tones while avoiding injury. Class will run for four months January - April. Please wear workout clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own. Water is always available if needed.

CLASS POLICIES: Please note that the classes can't be mixed & matched but you're welcome to sign up for more multiple classes at the same time.A minimum of 4 students are needed per month or a class is subject to be canceled, refunds will be sent in the event that a class is canceled. Class registration is first come, first served online with 5 people maximum per class. No drop ins or saved spots without registration. Absolutely no refunds, credits, transfers or pro-rating on missed classes. Students may give away/sell classes they can not attend at their own discretion. Please join the private class group Emily Alrick Dance & Fitness on Facebook to post about selling/giving/trading classes or if you are interested in being on the drop in list to sub for other students. Emily can not guarantee a sub for missed classes. After you purchase your class an email will be sent to your paypal email address to confirm class purchase and provide additional class info. Signing a release form is necessary to attend class.
