All Levels Bellydance Technique Fall/Winter Series with Emily
Tuesdays   .   September - December

Tuesdays  .  5:15pm - 6:15pm  .  Monthly series of 4 classes each.
No experience required! This is a great class for any level dancer to work on their strength and foundations. Beginners and advanced dancers are welcome.

Season Pass (all 16 classes): $175

The season pass saves you $25! A great deal even if you don't attend every class. Must be purchased by August 31st.
 

Session Policy: Class registration is first come, first served. No drop ins or saved spots without registration. Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating on missed classes. Students may give/sell classes they can not attend. If you are interested in being on the drop in list to sub for other students who must miss a class please contact Emily.

Semi-private session will focus on strength and conditioning, introduction to bellydance technique, isolations and footwork and sometimes learning combinations. Class will finish with a short cool down and stretch session. Please wear workout clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own. 

LOCATION: Emily's home studio in Ashland (address sent after registration)

5 dancers maximum per class. Each 1 hour class will be tailored to the group. We will warm up, work out and then move on to drill a variety of dance movements from bellydance and a variety of dance techniques. Please be aware this class has an emphasis on conditioning.

Advanced registration only, sign up online or contact Emily to arrange payment by check or cash. Drop ins may be available pending space and with prior permission. This 1 hour weekly class will start with a comprehensive warm up including strength and flexibility training specific for bellydance movements. The remaining time will be spent working on isolation technique, dance vocabulary and putting it all together with traveling, combinations or short choreographies of various styles. Combinations allow students to start to feel how the individual movements can become a dance, start to learn different stylizations and begin to express the music. The class has an open level and everyone is welcome. This class is great to refine your dance and do the work no matter what level you are at. Class ends with a short cool down and stretch.

The fine print: No refunds, credits, transfers or IOUs. Emily is not responsible for unattended classes. If a student can not attend a class they may give or sell it to someone else at their discretion but there are no refunds on missed classes or uncompleted session purchases.
