This 1 hour weekly class will start with a comprehensive warm up including strength and flexibility training specific for bellydance movements. The remaining time will be spent working on isolation technique, dance vocabulary and putting it all together with traveling, combinations or short choreographies of various styles. Combinations allow students to start to feel how the individual movements can become a dance, start to learn different stylizations and begin to express the music. The class has an open level and everyone is welcome. This class is great to refine your dance and do the work no matter what level you are at. Class ends with a short cool down and stretch.

The fine print: No refunds, credits, transfers or IOUs. Emily is not responsible for unattended classes. If a student can not attend a class they may give or sell it to someone else at their discretion but there are no refunds on missed classes or uncompleted session purchases.
